Canada "No Fuse" - No interior dome lights & Radio/CD player, Trip odometer reset to zero

Long story short, my Jeep just got replaced a new battery & starter. When I got the Jeep from the mehanic, I found the "No Fuse" message appeared on the odometer. As I mentioned on the subject line, my problem are as follows:

- Interior dome/reading lights not work(the dash lights, head- and tail-lights still work)
- Radio/CD player not work
- The trip odometer memory (which would reset each time the car was shut down)

I did my research of this issue for a week (included other Jeep's forums) but all the answers are saying it's IOD fuse problem!! Bought new IOD fuse (50A - red color) last night & tried but no luck!!!
Please let me know what else I can do now before bringing my Jeep back to mechanic again!??

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Note: My Jeep is 2001 TJ Sahara 5 speed model. Thanks in advance.

Did you get this issue fixed or do you still need help?

I changed the IOD fuse & some 10A/20A fuses but still not work. I am guessing it's a fusible link problem? It is because one day morning when I open the Jeep door & heard a "beep beep beep" sound (I thought the interior light will come up but not), when I switched the key as usual, there was two quick flash from the CD player (I thought the CD player will work but not). After the two quick flash..... "No Fuse" message came back and I still have no CD/radio and interior for few weeks already...........

You should have 12v on pin 12 of Instrument Cluster connector C1 if not and the fuse is good you may have an open connection someplace.
