Canada Jeep lover looking for a lift kit in Ontario.

I have a 03 TJ. Used to have an 89 XJ which I put a 4" suspension lift kit in and really think I got hosed on the price. It wasn't a great lift but still cost me around 3500 after installation. That being said it was well worth it and I had a blast with it. After the XJ finally rolled over and died I bought my TJ. Now I am looking to lift it. I am hoping to do a little more research this time so I get what I am paying for. I hope to find a for as little as I can. Money is a little more tight this time and I don't have a lot to spend on the lift. I am considering a 4" lift and I found one on Ebay from somewhere in New Brunswick. It is selling for around 650. I was wondering if I order a normal 4" kit what I would have to do to also put a 2-3" body lift in. Will I need new brake lines and what I will have to do to the steering and shifter.

Any help would really be appreciated. Would love to get the lift and install it before the summer so I can have so great trail rides with much less stress.

having put a 4" lift in my 03 rubicon recently I have a little insight for you. first make sure your lift kit comes with rear upper adjustable control arms because if you get any drive line vibrations you can easily dial them out with adjustable control arms. I wish some told me this before spending 600 on a lift than installing it and having crazy vibrations than waiting 2 weeks for new adjustable control arms that cost me $300 more dollars. I would stay away from any body lift if I were you it looks horrible and when your driving at high speeds cross winds get scary.

the kit you deside to buy must come with new springs front and rear adjustable track bars, new lower fixed control arms, 4 new shocks, drop pitman arm, rear upper adjustable control arms, disconnecting sway bar, transfer case drop, extended brake lines. you could get adjustable control front and rear upper and lower but that would be crazy expensive...
