Re: Wrangler Incentives
I thought they ended at the end of march?
Anyway jump in if you can. I just got a Columbia edition and the incentives
pushed me to get it now. Also I noticed a dealer in NY was advertising $2500
dealer rebates on top of the $2000 customer rebates. I did not know anything
about this when I got mine, But I got it for about $4800 under sticker and
could not figure out why, and that was it.
Great Deal

Re: Wrangler Incentives
I sell for a Ford/Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep store. Daimler Chrysler typically
posts new incentives the morning after current incentives expire. There's
no way to predict whether incentives will increase, decrease, or stay the
same.
There are general trends however. Incentives *usually* increase as the
model year progresses. The best incentives are now on 03 'leftover' models.
Don't wait till the end of year closeouts and expect to have huge inventory
to choose from however! General Motors tends to lead while Ford and
Chrysler follow. It's not unusual to see GM post larger incentives at the
beginning of the month while Ford and Chrysler respond by 'adjustments' to
theirs in days following. Sometimes end of month sales drives will sweeten
the pot. Ford has sometimes put a $1,000 owner loyalty incentive on models
for short time periods. Slow sellers will have the largest incentives.
You'll see huge incentives on old-body style models when major changes are
made, e.g. 03 Durango and 03 Windstar.
