My 99 TJ is at about 93k, and I'm wondering what kind of maintenance I
should do at 100k. Yes, there's stuff listed in the manual, but I'd like
to hear from people who've been there...

I've always maintained vehicles like this on a 15k major maintenance cycle,
with oil changes every 3k. As such, you would have just done at 90k a
complete fluids change (all oils, coolant, brake & clutch system flush). At
the 30k increments I'd also replace the plugs, cap, rotor, wires drive belt,
brake pads/shoes.

The powertrain in TJs, even with the accursed Dana 35 rear axle, can be made
to live many hundres of thousands of miles with good maintenance.
