turn signal / radio outage
'99 TJ, the radio and turn signals both went out at the same time.
Then the problem became intermittant as one or both would work then
shut off again. The fuses are fine. The dealer is backed up but said
to check the relay but I don't know what/where to check. I also have
heard it could be a ground problem but again, don't know what/where to
check. Feeble, I know. I took the dash off and looked around and
when I replaced the radio with an aftermarket unit I wired up the
ground on the radio to the old ground from the original radio but it
looks pretty solid.
Any thoughts or ideas on what to look at or for and how to proceed?
Thanks,
Mike Seither

Re: turn signal / radio outage
Don't know why but turn signals would turn off the radio (97TJ). Acting on
advice from this group replaced the radio___OE (ebay $20)_end of problem.
