Stopping to say hey and update folks on the website's progress
It's been a while since my site was first mentioned here by a friend,
and I thought I'd take a minute to swing by, say HI to folks again and
give everyone an update on how I'm making out - no that I expect anyone
cares, but you know... ;)
The site's been completely re-designed - new look, new feel and
hopefully, MUCH easier to get around and find things quickly.
I've been trying to limit the advertising and reduce the number of
scattered-around links.
The results have been positive so far, at least in terms of revenue.
If you still don't like the number of ads, please keep in mind there's
actually only five ads on each page, 3 from Google, a small ad in place
for a friend's website and that abomination in the footer from eBay -
which I'm considering replacing with space for Tread Lightly and the
Blue Ribbon Coalition.
I've added a few new sections like the "clubs / forums" section with a
list of clubs & forums from around North America.
I'm always looking for good tech articles or trail reports, too, so if
folks have them and would like them published for over 15,000 visitors
a month to see, let me know and we'll see what we can get moving.
duane AT ajeepthing.com is the best way to reach me.
Anyway, if you want to take a look-see, http://www.ajeepthing.com will
get you there.
Thanks for your time,
Duane
