Re: rubicon is here
Yep, that was last May, I think. Pretty good place, though the trails we
were on were on the easier side, since some of our group were close to
stock. They do have some nice 5+ trails there. They have a very
comprehensive map of the trails system so it's easy to choose which trails
you want. We went there first last Easter, and it was fairly dry, when we
went in May they had rain for the entire week, so a 3 trail became a 5. One
downhill was particularly greasy, you just got over the crest and rode the
ruts down until you got to the bottom. No traction at all. Wheeeee!

The dual-top option is definitely available on all Wrangler models, not
just the Rubicon. :)

Thanks! I'm looking forward to getting there. Yes, rain adds to trail
ratings and I know what you mean. I'll never forget this downhill I was on,
complete control all the way down, so proud - a muddy hill - then saw the
mud pit at the bottom LOL - NO control at all .. Wheee

Thanks! I'm looking forward to getting there. Yes, rain adds to trail
ratings and I know what you mean. I'll never forget this downhill I was on,
complete control all the way down, so proud - a muddy hill - then saw the
mud pit at the bottom LOL - NO control at all .. Wheee
