Slipping belt, bad regulator, bad battery, corroded or loose connectors,
or the alternator.
I'd try the cheap things first. Clean the battery terminals and check
the battery fluid.

Buy and install an oil, ammeter set like everyone has that want to
know what the machine is doing. Probably a stator short.
