Not checking air pressures regularly, I'm sure, had nothing to do with the
Explorer failures. I'm certain all those failures resulted in people going
to the trouble of rotating but these same people just never checked the
pressure since it was so difficult to do.

manufacturers, but an off set rim is unique to a type of four wheel
drive vehicle such as an Explorer compensating for a narrow axle.
