When you say "no spring action" do you mean that the ride is
extremely stiff? Kinda like riding on bricks? Or is it
not stiff enough for you?
If so, and the place where you bought them will exchange for
a different model, try the Rancho RS9000X adjustables and set
them to either 1 or 2 for softer ride, or start at 5 and up for
a bricklike ride.
