Re: Loctite on Ujoint retaining straps?
The blue medium strength stuff isn't bad. It's better than rust or a broken
bolt. Loctite will actually protect the threads from corrosion.

My 94 had blue loctite - or something darn similar that chrysler used - from
the factory on each of the bolts holding the straps.
