it depends on a couple things....but it's possible for an aftermarket system
to improve all three. factors such as "how well the aftermarket system is
designed" "how well the original factory system was designed" etc have a
big role. also, if the intake side is already at max capacity, improvements
on the exhaust side aren't going to show any noticeable difference....

If you're running more air through, have to add more fuel to go with it. More
power doesn't necessarily mean greater efficiency.

My old CJ5 gained greatly from a new header, but gained less so from the
cat-back system that I had installed a few months earlier. (I had issues

more air that can go in. If you open up the exhaust, then you can get more
