the part is vin specific and also skim code specific but a drb can be
used to reset the module but a dealer has to do it

when he said he did. After that everything chrysler told me and the
dealer was wrong. Several times chrysler said the part had been

given them the part yet. At one point chyrsler said the part was in
the same city as the dealer and should be at the dealer that day.
Accroding to the dealer and ups chrysler had still not given the part
to ups. On Monday the dealer tracked the part down. It was in
Milwaukee and ups was going to overnight it. Chrysler at this point
had no idea where the part was. According to the dealer this was a
different distribution center than chrysler said it was being shipped
from. Chrysler also promised to call me as soon as they found the
part. As far as I know they are still looking for it.
