Re: odd problem right turn signal slower than left?
I've never seen or heard of that one... I've seen one side go solid
and not blink at all when one of the turn signals bulbs are burned
out, but not slow. Maybe the flasher unit itself is bad? I dunno....

flash speed on older vehicles has to do with bulb resistance. try swapping
your bulbs

Change the turn signal bulbs on the slow side, you have one (maybe two) that
have burned out.
