Why is it that people who post on newsgroups can't get it straight?

When you misplace something, you LOSE it, not loose it.

When something isn't tight, it is LOOSE.

It's simple really.

Ok, I'll jump into the thread....
Why, If one really doesn't care about something, the comment isn't "I COULDN'T
care less", instead of the more-commonly-used "I could care less."

The former is correct.
