Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. VOID IN FLORIDA.
Enter online after 12:01 a.m. ET, March 15, 2004 at
www.premiere.com/sahara by providing the requested information on the
entry page. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30,
2005. One entry per person or e-mail account.

2. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental
United States (excluding Florida), Washington D.C., Alaska and Hawaii,
18 years of age and older as of time of entry, who have a valid
driver’s license at the time of entry and delivery of the prize,
except the employees of the Sponsor, Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S.
Inc. (publisher of Premiere magazine), and the prize contributor,
DaimlerChrysler Motors Company, LLC (“Prize Contributor”), and
Paramount Pictures Corporation (collectively, the “Sweepstakes
Affiliates”) and members of the immediate families of those employees
living in the same household of those employees. Sponsor’s decisions
regarding the Sweepstakes are final, binding and cannot be appealed.

3. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
on or about May 10, 2005. The odds of winning depend on the number of
eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by mail and/or
by email. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will
result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

4. Grand Prize: The winner will receive a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
Rubicon Sahara Limited Edition. Approx. retail value (“ARV”): $34,000.
Prize will be delivered to a Jeep dealer nearest winner’s residence.
Winner must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance at
the time of prize delivery. Winner is solely responsible for vehicle
registration, license, taxes and insurance and all costs associated
therewith. The prize will be awarded. The value of the prize
represents Prize Contributor’s good faith determination of the ARV, is
final and binding and cannot be appealed.

Why not? I read the official rules and didn't discover any irritating
unpleasantries such as, entry allows sponsor to manipulate your life
as they wish.
