I'm not positive, but it seems like there should be an access under the hood so
you can pull the bulb recepticle out and replace the bulb. It may have a
plastic cover over it. Otherwise, you'll have to pull the whole assembly out.
Not likely.
You can get a service manual at Autozone for under $20.

Replacing the bulbs is easy.. look in daylight and all will be revealed..
access to driver side easy.. access to passenger side not easy.. if, in the
process of initial assembly, the insertion of bulbs was after the placement
of batteries, passenger side replacement would be a whole bunch easier than
it is..

process of initial assembly, the insertion of bulbs was after the placement
