I found a good duck recipe. Tried it a couple days ago.
I didn't have all the called for ingredients, so faked it a bit but it turned out excellent. It is a ginger and cinnamon based sweet and sour marinade. If you would like it, I can email it to you. That's something that really needs to improve here in Southern California, where all cellar 911 calls are directed the the California Highway Patrol. That seems like a good idea, but they're still not setup for it, many horror stories, over the San Diego Police Department's handling, like all land lines are regularly taken.
