Checked the front end and its spot on at 1/8 so I left it alone. No

I've had the wheels rebalanced . Something is causing the tires to cup

You could have bent the rim. I would think they might have noticed when the
tires were balanced but perhaps with the new enclosed balancers they did not
see.
