It wouldn't. The blower only comes on if there is demand, otherwise it
bypasses internally. That and at cranking speed there isn't enough rpm
anyway.

It wouldn't. The blower only comes on if there is demand, otherwise it

It's designed to pump at cranking otherwise the Detroit diesel
2-cycle engines would never start.
