It does mess with peoples mind when you casually mention still being able to drive at 60+ mph on the snow highways or that grandma drives that fast too. LOL! What makes you think the pump is bad? The reason I asked is because I
was going to replace my pump in my 97 xj, and through some extensive testing it turned out to be the$7.50 ASD relay. The jeep would die and there was no fuel pressure at the fuel rail. What makes you think the pump is bad? The reason I asked is because I
was going to replace my pump in my 97 xj, and through some extensive testing it turned out to be the$7.50 ASD relay. The jeep would die and there was no fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Your days are numbered. My relay stuck on with the overheating my
bad pump gave it, so I had replaced my relay first too, then the pump about two months later. i switched the relay with one that worked and still nothing---figured it must be the pump---but any other suggestions would surely be appreciated |
