Cherokee Fog light bulb replacement???

Cherokee Fog light bulb replacement???
How do you get into the housing to replace the bulb? It seems to be sealed
up to keep water out , ,but I can't figure out a way in. Does the housing
have to be removed from the frame/bumper? It is 1997.

Isn't '97 the same model line as 2000? On my 2000, there's a small,
rectangular cover with a gasket on the bottom of the housing that removes
with 2 screws. Easiest damn bulb replacement I ever did....

Isn't '97 the same model line as 2000? On my 2000, there's a small,
rectangular cover with a gasket on the bottom of the housing that removes
with 2 screws. Easiest damn bulb replacement I ever did....
