I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler SE and I would like to make it handle
better on-road. I live in South Florida and this Jeep will NEVER go
off-road.

Can anyone make any recommendation on how to make this car handle
better on-road?

Different Shocks, Tires, Springs, etc?

Yes, the wheelbase is exactly the same as a Ferrari 308. Do a body swap
and you should be all set to go.

It's a truck for Christ's sake. It will never handle very well.

That said, lower it a few inches and put wider tires on. The center of
gravity is way too high to handle good, and the track is way too narrow. You
need to get thtrack wider and the center of gravity lower. Basically, you
need to make it lok like a rice burner.

I am not sure you are going to get much better than what you have now.

- The wheel base is pretty short. You will never correct the quick steer
and over all brut bull dog feel of it.
- you might replace the shocks with something designed for a cushy car ?
- you could put nice riding radial tires and smaller wheels on it ?
- maybe replace the seats with something more cushy ?

They are meant to be rugged & brutish. I'm not sure even those changes will
help.

I love being knocked around in my Rubi. It is the hardest riding,(I look
for every pot hole) snappiest steering, most "bash you in the mouth"
vehicle I have ever had...and damn I love it and the buzz of the tires on
the hwy That is why I bought it over a Mustang Cobra. Why haven't I owned
a Jeep all these years ?
