Why oh why do people insist on trying to bounce over things by giving it
more gas... thus the broken axle. If you know where your weak link is, why
stress it?

The bouncing action are the TJ's coil springs. It would take two,
or three shocks per axle side to dampen it to the equivalent of the Real
Jeep's leaf springs. At least he's not bouncing as high as a Bronco
