98 cherokee sport XJ versus 2000 Cherokee Classic XJ
Hi,
I'm in Australia and thinking of buying a Cherokee. As far as I can
see the Classic has all the added extras. Apart from this is the body
of a 98 cherokee sport XJ the same as a 2000 Cherokee Classic XJ ????

Here in the states, the bodies are the same. There is one significant
difference that you may or may not care about. '98 was the last year
for the long roof rack. In '99 and later, the roof rack only goes
forward to about the rear edge of the front doors instead of all the way
to the front.
