'02 Grand Cherokee Drivers seat memory reset
I have just got an '02 Grand Cherokee without an owners manual. How do
I reset the drivers seat so that it stays where I position it. When I
take the key out of the ignition it goes to the full back position!
Thanks

Using the remote you only use, and if you have the option go to
your overhead console http://www.wjjeeps.com/evic.htm then step through
until you get to "easy exit" and toggle it on.

Re: '02 Grand Cherokee Drivers seat memory reset
Thanks Bill, the link you posted gave me the information that I needed.
All is now clear, well almost.
I think I will either have to disable the feature or remember to lock
the car each time I remove the key.

Re: '02 Grand Cherokee Drivers seat memory reset
I vote disable it, I was damn near squash when a friend used his
wife's remote, and I got in to see if I could fit in their new Lincoln
LS. My Thunderbird's stopped working long ago, they do like three
hundred pounds.
