OBD II Scanner Available OR Notebook hook ups?
Ok so does anyone have a link for a somewhat inexpensive scan tool for the 04 KJ that I can get the codes from? Also since hot rodders can hook up their notebook computers to their cars, and make changes does anyone know if this is possible with or without changing the chip?? Using a notebook & software may also allow updating firmware for BCM module (body mount) etc...
Thanks in Advance if you may have something for me....Tim.

On another Jeep forum a poster was able to find a site with software, cable USB kit, for notebook $200.
This looks really sweet...

Thanks for the quick reply and will be curious what model you got on sale, wonder if t is still on sale?
