Springs and shocks

Springs and shocks
Hey guys and girls....I could use a little advise about springs and shocks. I have a fairly stock 2010 JKU Sahara and I want to do a lift but it is not in my budget right now. I am running 33's and I have cut my stock fenders into flatties for more clearance. My questions are:
Can I get improved suspension by changing out my springs and shocks with Rubi stock ones?
If I do that do I need to change anything else or is it a straight swap?
Will that give me any height?
I'm new to this and I am no mechanic so any help is greatly welcomed. Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Springs and shocks
I just completed installing the Teraflex Leveling Kit for a total of 2" front and 1" rear. Took about 2 hours and only a few tools. Cost is under $150 and you keep your existing shocks. Might be an option?
Just installed 295/70R17 with lots of room.
Good Luck,
Jeff

Re: Springs and shocks
If you were swapping out 4dr Rubi springs to a 2dr Sport or Sahara this route would likely get you an
inch of lift, (I did it). Just swapping in 4dr Rubi's to another 4dr likely will not be worth the effort, (more so if your paying someone to do it) as your springs are likely within one # of the Rubi's in the front and if you have the factory tow package, the same in the rear already. JB2010's suggestion is on the mark
for a cheap lift to get you through.
