Stopped by the local tire shop to have the front right tire fixed, slow leak. stopped by a hour or so latter and found the young kid stripped the locking lug nut key. i was some what pissed. the more experienced tech was apologetic and said he would look after it. I reminded him that all five tires had locking studs and that he would have to remove all five, he looked more pissed than me. Two hours later they called and said all is fixed and ready to pick up, i went in to get the keys and was pleasantly surprised, No Bill and all looks fine, what a day.

 

Nice to hear a story with a happy ending....the shop stood behind their work, and no charge to boot!

 

Sometimes things that start out bad turn good. All we here sometimes about service shops is negative its nice to have a positive experience out of what could have been a bad one.
