2011 JK Sahara - BF Mud Terrains
Has anyone here tried to put BF Mud Terrains on a stock Sahara. 18 inch wheels. If so what size did you buy and are there any issues with rubbing. Also did you need spacers? I am looking for a new tire preferably a BF product as I can get them for free. Any help would be appreciated.

If you must stay with BFG get the A/T for all year use and they come in the same size as your factory Sahara tires. Not sure if the BFG KM (Mud Terrain) even come in an 18" in which case you would have to step up to the KM2 which like the old style mud terrain is not that great on slick winter roads.
My favourite all year tire is the GY Duratrac.

I put 275 70R 18 GY Duratracs on my 4 door Sahara. Not the same tire as you are looking at but thought I'd reply to let you know that they rub slightly at full lock to the passenger side only. The inner **** rub against the control arm. The spare also fits on the stock mount. No spacers. I may find more problems when off roading yet though.
The Duratracs are awesome. Agressive tread but not to loud on the hwy. Winter tire rated also... Only possible concern is that the tread block spacing is the perfect size for picking up stones from the gravel road I live on. I hear the rocks come flying off and hit under the Jeep all the time. I feel bad for people behind me!!
