Canada Help please with interior lighting & power locks...

Hi all,

Newbie here, I'm hopeing that someone could help me solve this issue I'm having with my 95 GC Ltd. I am getting a fast clicking from the illuminated entry relay, when I open a door. If the door is open I loose power to lock/unlock doors. My interior lights are very dim. If one of the dome lights are on it seems sort of ok. If I turn two of them on there almost not powered enough to illuminate. Could this be affected by what maybe called the "BCM"? I have tried replacing this relay & this still is happening. Has anyone had this simular problem? Can anyone help me fix this??? Please...I'm begging you...

Cheers!

Jason

I have problems with switches on doors and they were broken wires inside the big rubber grommet.
You may have a broken wire here that is somehow grounding itself causing your grief. I have to pull the big rubber grommet back to solder in new splice for broken wires. All OK now,
Just remember in this cold weather you can only flex a wire so many times (door open and closing) before they will crack and break
