I think 34's will be a bit to large with only a 4" lift unless you plan on doing some cutting on the fenders and bumpers. You may want to go higher or with a smaller tire size.

yeah ok i could settle for 31's cause i cant really go much higher then 4" my wife is only 5'6" lol and were having a baby girl in june :) , and for info anything really like witch lift is gonna work best like i was lookin at a fab tech or sky jacker my tires i have picked out , i kinda specialize in that area iv worked in the tire industry for 6 years now and im goin with the super swamper traxus at's love those tires especially for up here in labrador , and what kinda engine modds will get me the most bang for the buck so to speak

32's will fit with no problem, possibly even 33's if you keep an eye on the backspacing.
Engine mods...the Jeep computers are set (non-adjustale) to a 14.7:1 air/ fuel mix. oversized TB helps, cold air intake, high flow cat and muffler will all help get a little bit more power. HyperTech programmers/ Jet chips will work to a limited degree.
If your wanting horsepower your going to have to do it the old fashioned way. Valve train, pistons, cam, etc.
