Default 98 jeep cherokee 2dr sport, Rear window vent bracket broken

Hi, I have a 1998 2dr jeep cherokee sport and one of the brackets from the rear window vent has broken off. The bracket has rusted and is attached to the window. Does anybody know where I can purchase new brackets online and if they will be a pain to replace. I can't find the parts anywhere online and I really need to get it fixed :(
I added a picture of the parts that need replacing, they are marked 1 in the little box.
If anyone could help I would really appreciate it, thanks :)

Looks like the same parts that broke on my 68 Cortina years ago. I was able to pu the piece at the Ford dealer ship for .85 cents (a few years ago) but they wanted I think it was $35 labor to put it on so it sat in the glove box until I sold the car as it was a bugger to change. That said..I'd contact JEEP dealer and see if they carry the part or at least give u the part number so you could hunt the internet. or try your local scrap yards.

Thank you very much for the reply, to be honest I forgot this thread was still open. Unfortunatly I couldn't get a new inspection without getting parts of the floor fixed and a few other things. So I ended up selling my Jeep without getting the window bracket fixed. Now I feel lost because I no longer own a Jeep :'(

I know what u mean by missing a good runner that one can drive in the worst of conditions and still feel comfortable. Maybe you'll come across another cherokee or even jk at a reasonable price. But don't let the idea of not having one stop you from coming unto the site and asking or repling to some questions.. the more the merrier.. :)
