Towing Package (Mopar)

Towing Package (Mopar)
I just traded in my JK for a new JL. Unfortunately, the JL doesn't have the towing package with it. The dealer is quoting me $1558. all in, to install a Mopar Hitch Receiver (Class 2, 3500 lb) and a Mopar Wiring Harness (7/4 way connector).
Is there a cheaper way to do this, that is just as safe and effective? e.g. non-mopar parts, installed by me? Or is it safer to bite the bullet and have the custom parts put on by the dealer? The quote seems really high, when I look online and see the individual non-mopar parts available for purchase.
Thanks!

So, I spent $240.00. The Hitch took 30min and the wiring took a couple hours. I had never done it before.
$1558 is robbery.
I also installed one on my 2020 JT except it's a different Curt Hitch receiver with a higher tow rating. The JT's come with factory wiring.

Phone Lebeau Auto Glass there all over Quebec, they should be able to give you a decent quote.
Also any 4by4 store should be able to help you also I believe the pricing of 1500 is a bit much

$1500 is way way too much just for the installation. Maybe you could just follow the manual if you have little background for fixing cars or follow youtube video since it's just a hitch.
