Default Northridge4x4 customer service question

Hi Jeepers... has anybody used their Canadian site? I placed an order twice in the last few month and besides the confirmation email I didn't get any updates on shipping, availability within a week or two. This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced with online shopping so far. Any similar experiences or other feedback? Do most of you shop usually in the US or Canada? Prices can be quite different.
Thanks!

I'm sure they have some sort of customer support somewhere in the contact us or something. Kind of weird to have no info on something you've ordered.

I've bought there before and it took just a week or so and it was delivered to my door
But I did have a Purolator Tracking #. Just call or e-mail them so far super costumer service.
Let us know

Delt with Stan quite a few times and he's always been good to me. Some items he has to wait to come from the states and it can be a pain in the *** but it's the price to pay for good parts threw a Canadian supplier.
I waited 4 months for my Poison Spyder bumper... Almost 2 for my Rock Krawler lift.
